How to Request Data Deletion
Madset respects your privacy and provides a way to request the deletion of personal information and Meta Platform Data associated with your account.
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Send an email to the address below with the subject Madset — Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address associated with your Madset account, if you have one.
- Whether your request concerns your Madset account, Meta-connected data, or information you submitted to an advertising business.
- For a lead or form response request, the relevant business or brand and approximate contact or submission date, where known.
- Any additional information necessary to help us identify the relevant account.
Please do not include your password or Meta access token.
Step 2 — Verification
We may request additional information to verify your authority over the account before proceeding with deletion.
Step 3 — Processing Your Request
Following verification, we will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable law and Meta Platform Terms.
Depending on the request, this may include:
- Removing stored Meta authorization credentials and stopping Madset's use of the affected connection.
- Deleting connected advertising account information and related Meta Platform Data.
- Deleting personal information associated with your Madset account.
- Deleting other account data that is no longer required for a lawful purpose.
Information subject to mandatory legal retention requirements may be retained only for the applicable period.
Step 4 — Confirmation
We will respond to your request within the applicable legal timeframe and provide confirmation when the requested deletion has been processed.
Disconnecting Meta
You may also revoke Madset's authorization using the applicable Meta account or business integration settings.
Revoking authorization prevents further access through the revoked connection. To request deletion of previously stored information, please follow the instructions above.
